This four-day retreat offers a transformative experiential journey into the healing forces of Spring, using The Very Hungry Caterpillar as a mythopoetic map of metamorphosis and Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection as a guide to emotional authenticity and wholehearted living. We begin in the primordial stirring of Spring, where hunger awakens the life force. Desire emerges as the first initiatory fire—calling us toward nourishment, purpose, and transformation. We will explore the Animal Kingdom with a focus on the Insects.
